American Ninja Warrior - Day #2

I am still on the road in Dayton, Ohio. I found a Crossfit facility, Gem City Crossfit, about 4 miles from the hotel. These guys are great. It was only $50 for an entire week of one hour sessions. Crossfit isn't really my thing, especially the squats, however, it was a great, intense workout with a great group of people.

The diet plan for the day is as follows:

  1. Breakfast #1 (before Crossfit) - (Consumed)
    1. 1 cup of Greek yogurt
    2. 1/4 cup of granola
    3. 1 cup of coffee
  2. Breakfast #1 (at the hotel) - (Consumed)
    1. Egg white veggie frittata
    2. 1 cup of coffee
  3. Snacks for the day
    1. 1 banana
    2. 1 KIND bar
    3. 1 snack bag of grapes
  4. Lunch - Probably Whole Foods
  5. Dinner - Probably Whole Foods

For my second workout, I am likely putting in another 7.5 miles or hitting the pool for 30 mins.
